If you wish to return products, you have 60 day from the date that you receive the goods. Products must  in the same condition that they were shipped to you. If items are not in the same condition, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the value of the goods based on what is permitted under the  Consumer Protection Act.

- Replacement and return is the right of the content of all our customers, and includes all the products that we offer in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

For online purchases during this time, we have extended our return policy for 60 days to 90 day (Because of the COVID19  pandemic ) from the date of shipment. As always, refunds will be returned to the original payment method and shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of the products being used by the customer, which we did not mention on the product page on our website.
